My experience purchasing my Kia Sorento was top notch! Eric found exactly what I wanted in a SUV. He did not rush me to purchase and answered all of my questions. The finance department did not rush me to sign paperwork and also explained and answered my questions.
Over three weeks ago I brought a 2016 KIA Optima for engine replacement and after days of failed promises I picked up the car and discovered a rattling noise coming from the AC. I was told it will cost me about $400 to fix. Why in the world would I pay for something that wasn’t there when I dropped off the car?. My wife's vehicle was dropped off at the service department last week. They had no loaners available, so we had to rent a vehicle. Had the rental for a week & discovered today that they hadn't even started the diagnostics on it. I purchased a vehicle from Joe Meyers Toyota & worked there briefly years ago, so I was surprised & disappointed to see how this was handled based on my previous experience.
