Coffee of the day, okay it's expensive and acidity . No discount for bringing in your own coffee mug either. I don't recommend them.
Came around 4:40 wednesday nov 12th not busy at all and the worker don’t know his name but he was a red head messed up my order i asked for a frozen butter brew i got a hot coffee he put it in 2 cups but it still about burned my hand if i didn’t put it down pretty upset because I’ve never had a problem here before

Extremely slow service. Barista took 20 minutes to make drink. One barista left, to assist in BAM, when there was a 5 order backup. Barista extremely inefficient, but that’s also a consequence of the design corporate created. I don’t understand why the barista has to put the milk back in the fridge, after every drink, when it’s clear other orders in the queue, need milk also. Barista complained thermometers weren’t functioning, and was judging drink temperature by cup feel.
