I've been with Statefarm, I think for over 30 years. Everyone that helped from Joe Mitchelle's office, including him has been OUTSTANDING. They all give great customer service, friendly, kind, informative, and understanding. Today, Mrs. Shirley, did it again. She did an outstanding incredible job by helping my daughter. She is always very helpful, very kind & caring lady. I also interacting with Ashley today, she is always helpful also, kind, and caring. I really appreciate them both.

Ms. Shirley Muhammad!!!! Is the best!! I’ve been dealing with Ms. Muhammad for over 20 years and i must say, she provides excellent customer service at all times! She gets my quotes in a timely fashion, inform me of discounts and other services that i can take advantage of and make sure that my policies will be beneficial to me and my family in case of an accident. Lastly, i just want to acknowledge her and the excellent services that shes provided to me and my family throughout the years!!

I've been with state farms for over 30 years never had a bad experience with state farms they have always taken care of anything I've needed and love the price I have paid for insurance over the years. Joe and his staff are very helpful and friendly and kind keep up the good work and always a pleasure doing business with you. Ms HOLMES

I have been with StateFarm for 39yrs. Shirley Muhammad has been a staple with this company. She's seen my family grow and I've seen hers as well. I thank and appreciate all that she has done in making StateFarm feel like family. Shirley is the reason that Joe Mitchell deserves a rating of 5 out of 5 stars.
