I've been with Statefarm, I think for over 30 years. Everyone that helped from Joe Mitchelle's office, including him has been OUTSTANDING. They all give great customer service, friendly, kind, informative, and understanding. Today, Mrs. Shirley, did it again. She did an outstanding incredible job by helping my daughter. She is always very helpful, very kind & caring lady. I also interacting with Ashley today, she is always helpful also, kind, and caring. I really appreciate them both.

I would like to thank Mrs. Shirley Muhammad for her wonderful customer service. She was very professional, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. All my questions and concerns regarding the policy were addressed and explained with clarity. She truly exemplified five star service.

I've been with state farms for over 30 years never had a bad experience with state farms they have always taken care of anything I've needed and love the price I have paid for insurance over the years. Joe and his staff are very helpful and friendly and kind keep up the good work and always a pleasure doing business with you. Ms HOLMES

Joe Mitchell Jr and the entire staff in his office have always been very respectful and show that they genuinely care about me and my needs as a client. They are professional and my experience with them has always been delightful. They show that they know about the State Farm product as they are very informed and I couldn't be more pleased with the services they provide. It's very obvious that Mr. Mitchell sets the standard and the high bar he sets for his staff is commendable. They represent State Farm very well.

I am so grateful for Shirley! These are unprecedented and trying times we are living in, but Shirley has continually reached out to check in on me. She was helpful in my homeowners insurance and went the extra mile to get the necessary information to the mortgage company.
