Have used this service several times, never disappoints, very professional, the crew did an excellent job, took one tree down, trimmed back three other trees. Would never have known work was done that is how well they cleaned up the area. Definitely recommend!
We used Joe Meyer Tree Service to remove a large tree in our front yard. Great experience from quote to completed project! Review of project and quotes were professional and timely and once the weather broke the crew did an excellent job of removal, protected the lawn, and left the area as I would have expected! Joe Meyer Tree service just finished great professional job at my Antioch location. I have a huge 60 ft plus basswood that needed urgent trimming. Joe made a personal trip to assess and offer his professional and expert Arborist advice. The bid was very very fair. He quickly dispatched his crew within a few days .. the job was completed leaving ZERO mess to be cleaned in both my and my neighbor’s yard. You have a portal that contains a payment page. I requested several times to put in that instead of a shady website where you put your payment and total with no invoice connection. You called over and over again while I was working. Your office staff is inept and has no idea what they are doing as they lost my paperwork and could never answer questions. They showed up at the appointed time and got to work immediately. You could tell they took pride in their work. The finished product was wonderful. They trimmed back branches overhanging my house and the neighbors to a safe distance. One branch had knocked over my tv antenna ... they were kind enough to straighten it up for me and cleaned other debris from the roof. Couldn't find a better tree service.
