We really like the Margaritaville Hotel and find it first class in most ways. The Joe Merchant’s Coffee and Provisions is not really one of them. This is a small sandwich and coffee restaurant off the lobby. The food is average and the service is okay, but not very friendly. With a little effort it could be a lot better.
Got the wrong order. It was corrected quickly and it was Yummy!
Order: Spinach Omelet Ham and Cheese Omelet All American Breakfast Price: $60 All food took 30-40 minutes to come out while other people behind us got their food much quicker. None of the food was seasoned at all. Spinach Omelet: Dry and had 5 leafs of spinach on top seemingly as an afterthought. Ham and Cheese Omelet: Dry, Burnt, and no Ham in a Ham and Cheese Omelet. We stopped in before leaving Gatlinburg. Baristas were super courteous! I got an iced coffee and a warm cinnamon bun. Nice clean cafe area. Also a large orange tom cat crossed our path in the parking lot and we were greatly pleased.
