I sure do wish there were 6 stars to show our absolute pleasure working with Joe. But it is truly wonderful working with him. You need to understand that his staff and team, aspire "to get the job done" are ALL fantastic. His "way" of doing business transcends throughout his staff and is a giant relief. Joe is excels at pricing and knows the market. He went out of his way to make sure the deal went thru, when turned out the person renting a barn for storage wasn’t aware of the sale. He is also good at doing what needs to be done to sell. Thanks Joe
