Hey, Jerome at Albemarle Ford got me a really good deal on my car. Was a great experience. Got off the lot the same day with almost no credit.
Be very leary of giving this dealership your information. Got a recall done here two years ago and still to this day get spammers with out of state numbers calling "on behalf of Albemarle Ford" trying to sell me on warranty plans. The ownership was great two owners ago but now they just sell your phone number.
My experience with this place, I found the car I wanted from them online, I talked to sales person Wednesday telling them I’ll be there to buy a Jeep Grand Cherokee that they had, and I scheduled the appointment and everything, so when I get there and remind you I drove 3 hours for this car, the lady says I have bad news, the car was sold and I’m not sure if she knew before I had got there, after that they kept asking me do I wanna buy this or that, NO I didn’t come here for them other cars, so don’t waste your time with the... read more
Avoid this dealership. Just called about getting my truck looked at and the guy told me they couldn’t do anything with it because it was older than 10 years old. He was very rude!!! Somehow they can’t work on anything drive ability. WTH!!!!
