The service department was extremely disappointing. I made an appointment for an oil change and was told it would take approximately one hour. I returned two hours later, only to find that my Jeep had not been moved at all. When I asked what the delay was, the service representative told me he had “over 100 cars” to get to. If the service department is that overbooked, then appointments should not be scheduled, and customers should not be given inaccurate time estimates.
