I found myself in need of a rental when my vehicle was totalled on I-70. The ladies in the office could not have been nicer or more efficient. They arranged home pick-up (by a very worldly and interesting gentleman) and provided a nice automobile. I've never owned a Ford, but I was very impressed with the Ford Escape. Upon return of the vehicle, the $200 deposit was promptly credited to my card. If I find myself in need of a rental again, I'll definitely call Machens.
Even though I had a bad experience with ford I will mention one person that helped us out a lot and appreciate his help. Thank you Ryan Redick
