The service rep was very professional, service was completed in a timely fashion. The popcorn was good also.
I had my Nissan Altima transmission serviced. Arrived at my appointment on time. I waited no more than 15 minutes and service began on my car. Lady who checked me in and technician were very knowledgeable. The service was not performed without price.disclosure. I was given a choice of what service I wanted performed. After the service was completed, the technician explained findings and gave suggestions. Check out was easy. Very satisfied with the customer support. I will definitely do business with Joe Machens Nissan again.

I purchased a 2023 Nissan Rogue in November of 2022. I had no major issues with it until December 18th, 2025. I was on my way home from work, and with no warning or anything... the engine blew! This was a known issue and had a recall. I had taken it in earlier in the year and the female service rep. Said they don't have a fix for it yet but would send communication when they did.
