Ultimately the sale didn't go through, but the level of service I was provided by Salesperson Owen Orskog was next level. Owen was attentative, courteous, professional yet very personable. He's a car and bike dude so he can talk about technical aspects and is one of the few who "gets it" when it comes to cars and bikes.
Had the valve cover gasket replaced under warranty. Brought it home for it to start leaking when it wasn't leaking before. Took it back, was told it was a crack in the valve cover causing the leak. No ownership for cracking the cover when replacing the gasket. I traded it in since y'all don't stand behind your work.
my Buick had a little issue at first . and frank and his team repaired everything.He said he would make it right and he did .Ms Marcell kept me in the loop and kept me on the road with nice loaners . all in all a great team to deal with . thanks again guys . Tell Marcell Mr Neil said hi.
I had my first car buying experience at Mazda of Columbia a few weeks ago and it was great! Shout out to my salesperson, Brent, he honestly made everything so easy. He was willing to work with my budget and what I wanted. Although the process is time-consuming, it didn't feel that way. He was very informational and friendly! I couldn't have asked for a better experience. Been loving the new car since!
