Not happy with the sales department. Bought a new car last year and traded in one that was also bought there. Was supposed to get a call letting me know how much of a refund I'd get on the extended warranty cancellables. Never got the call. Have since called half a dozen times and the manager is always "busy", and the salesperson defers to the manager.
