Terrible experience and hope I never have to deal with the service department, or sales for that matter again. Bought a used truck, a week and half later the rear shock absorber snapped. Theyve had the for two weeks now and still haven't fixed the issue which only takes a hour according to the labor book. They don't return my calls or keep me up to date on the process. I had to call and check. I haven't even paid sales tax or my first truck payment on the pickup, and they had it in there possession longer then I've owned it.... read more
Poor .. All I want to do at this moment is llok and see if you have some low milage newer cadillac on the lot, but figure how to see them...................
