We love the service! We were treated so nicely at Joe Lentz. We had to put all new carpet in a old house we had purchased and were updating. Joe Lentz gave us a fabulous deal on the whole house! They did a fantastic job as well, we are so pleased with the service. They are much more customer friendly than the big store chains, yet the prices were still as reasonable!!!
GREAT Customer Service I loved this place. Carolyn was so helpful. She made sure that I got the exact carpet I wanted. She all was said and done the rug I had ordered was too big and she immediately picked it up and in a day I had the right sized rug. Did I mention she was helpful and very knowledgeable. I cant wait until i need more carpet...Abbey carpets will be the first and only place I go to. Thanks Carolyn for your excellent customer service.
