First visit, Joe was friendly & took time to hear my issues & past history. Gave me good options for treatment. Just waiting for medicines to kick in. I would definitely recommend this provider.
Never got a chance to meet the nurse practitioner. While everyone in front of me and came after did get in, in a timely fashion I was left sitting and waiting for 40 minutes which was too long so I got up told the receptionist in a very polite way I’ve got to go. I might call back to reschedule but I don’t intend to. Nobody let me know what was going on.
