Exceptional in every way
If you are selling your home use a different real estate agent (Vivians Selling Florida). Joe doesn’t know the Miami market. My daughter’s trust hired him to sell her home, the home was sold for at least $50 k less (he claimed due to Chinese drywall). I made NDC Trust resign afterwards. They didn’t look out for my daughter’s special needs interest. The home had over $100k in upgrades; standby generator, jacuzzi, pool, and outdoor shower.
