Ive used a lot of different insurance companies and agents before and Joe's agency is the easiest to work with by far. Kim is always available to take my calls and help out with all my different vehicle and home policy needs.
Kim is absolutely amazing. Such a hard worker. Does what she says she’s going to do and is such an asset to this office. Very pleasant and friendly and knows how to do her job. Love that she makes everything so easy!!!!! Highly recommend
I have been with State Farm for over 30 years—starting when Kim’s dad was the agent, and then continuing with Joe and his assistant Kim. Unfortunately, over time, their responsiveness declined significantly. Despite multiple attempts to reach out as a long-time loyal customer, I was met with silence. No loyalty! I have been insured through Joe Lankau’s branch for 10+ years. Never had issues always paid on time, even went from 1 car to 4 vehicles and home. In the last 2 years my wife had 2 accidents which they paid just under $10k combined for and then deemed us uninsurable so dropped us. We have paid more than $14k in monthly bills in just the last 4 years we’ve added our Tahoe, so a lot more in the 10 years I’ve been paying, no other accidents or tickets and we get dropped.
