I have been with State Farm for over 30 years—starting when Kim’s dad was the agent, and then continuing with Joe and his assistant Kim. No loyalty! I have been insured through Joe Lankau’s branch for 10+ years. Never had issues always paid on time, even went from 1 car to 4 vehicles and home. In the last 2 years my wife had 2 accidents which they paid just under $10k combined for and then deemed us uninsurable so dropped us. We have paid more than $14k in monthly bills in just the last 4 years we’ve added our Tahoe, so a lot more in the 10 years I’ve been paying, no other accidents or tickets and we get dropped.
