Joe really knows tickets!! I got 4 tickets for the Rascal Flatts concert and was literally spit on by the lead singer. I was that close. More importantly I had several questions and all were answered in a timely (immediate) and helpful manner. I now "know a guy" when I need tickets.

Joe Knows Tickets is awful. I recently purchased what I believed to be all-inclusive tickets to the Cardinals vs Royals on May 23rd. About 6 hours after my purchase, I was informed that my transaction had been cancelled because the seats were incorrectly listed. Turns out, Joe doesn't know that much about tickets. So, after planning my entire trip, I now do not have tickets. Unacceptable!
Probably the worst experience I've ever had trying to receive tickets to a show. I was told the tickets I was purchasing were electronic tickets but never received an email to download the actual tickets. Several days later I got an email informing my tickets were being shipped via Fed-ex but since I have a job and can't provide a signature during the day when they tried to deliver to my house I never got my tickets.
