"I strongly advise using extreme caution with this shop under its new ownership. Joe Jr and his ASE certified employees are gone. They failed to provide a written estimate, used the computer being down as an excuse, did not honor my request to bring my own parts after saying I could, and overcharged for a tune up which consisted of just changing only the spark plugs. Additionally, they claimed to replace hoses but don't know which ones as I have not yet been able to see the charges and then mentioned one that was recently i... read more
I went there for my Nissan extarra I had them fix oil leak they did it quick. Few days later I had check engine light on and brought it back. They inspected it for free and fixed the problem in a hour. It had to do with fuel. I will not go to a different mechanic. Carlose is new management but very trustworthy. They could have said a need new fuel pump but were very honest I highly recommend.

Quick, easy, and professional experience! I had an oil change done here and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Booking an appointment was hassle-free, the staff was friendly and efficient, and the service was very fast. They even have a clean, bright waiting area, which made the visit more comfortable. Very happy with my experience—highly recommend!
This guy charged me and my 70 year old parents over $700 for a brake change, oil change, and tune up. Then only changed my oil. I took it too Hello Mazda within a few weeks of having Joe Jr work on the car and have an itemized list of what needs immediate work done and both my brakes and spark plugs need changing. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WOTH THIS GUY. E IS TAKING ADVANTAGE OF OLDER PEOPLE AND PEOPLE WHO DON’T DO THEIR RESEARCH!!!
