Great buying experience! Found the car I wanted through CarGuru. Gave Nate a call and he gave me a great overview. We came down from Chicago and bought the car for our kids who are studying in Ohio. This was a much better experience than the five dealerships we tried using in the Chicago area.
They responded in a timely manner
not good,called when they opened.got the run around and the bait and switch.when I called and asked to talk to the sales manager I was told no I could not.Then I was refered to a sales member who was not familiar with the car I was asking about and would have to get back with me.2 hours later he did.bad customer service at best.
I had an overall good experience with the dealership, they were very helpful and willing to work with you
Was given a good deal for my trade in. The finance guy got me the financing I requested. Will go back to them for future vehicle purchases
