Rubens was wonderful today.. I found Joe and Joe several years ago following a water leak from a vent fire caused by a blocked dryer vent that melted my water pipe in my laundry room. I had to have the water pipe replaced. I learned the hard way how important it is to keep dryer vents cleaned from clogged lint that gets past my dryer filter and accumulates in the vent.
