Our A/C unit failed recently, luckily the weather was cool so it was tolerable. Looking for a company to work on it. we were recommended Joe & Joe. A technician, Austin, came out the next day. He was very knowledgeable and found the problem as a leaking coil. The choices were to replace the coil or get a new A/C. Due to health issues I decided on replacing the coil. I cannot say enough good things about Joe&Joe. I have been having major issues with one of my units and my other unit happen to have frozen up and was leaking through my drywall. I called Joe&Joe on a Wed and they set me up for the next morning. Austin showed up exactly on time and diagnosed the problem and lucky enough they were able to keep him on site to complete the 5 hour job. Everyone I spoke with on the phone was kind, courteous, helpful and went above and beyond to assist me to get our lines cleared in a condo with hours of our call. Susan was amazing!
