Absolutely the worst spa treatment I've had. Odessa venue does not equal former Midland. No place to dry my hair after showering. Noisey atmosphere during massage. I will not be returning or recommending.
Very,very disappointed with my experience at this specific location and Brooke as my wife's stylist. Our only reason for going to Joe James was to get a caramel color in her hair. When I called to make the appointment I specifically specified that I wanted her hair "brighter not darker". According to Brooke her hair was dark brown to start with... Unethical Business Practices. Even after speaking with the manager they refused to honor my gift card. There was no expiration date on the card but after already getting the cut and expecting to pay with it I was told the card was expired and he refused to do anything to help me. I can't exactly return the cut so I was stuck paying additional money for a service they were paid for in advance. I had no issue with the stylist. She did a good job on the cut and color. Bad attitudes. Stuck up. Doesn't make me want to go back.
I have only been here once because of how awkward I felt being there. I got the impression that it was for very high upper class clients and I'm just more down to earth I suppose. It just wasn't my cup of tea
