This is the 2nd time using Joe for hardwoods and wow! Both times he was "in the trenches" with his crew. How often does the owner do the work? He and his crew are very meticulous as well as professional. Joe showed up when scheduled and finished the job as quoted. The rooms he replaced with hardwoods look like they were never carpeted! They perfectly match the rest of the floors! I highly recommend him for refinishing your hardwood floors as well as removing existing carpet and installing new hardwood floors.
