I would highly recommend Joe to work with anyone, whether buying or selling. Joe has the excellent skills of Communicating, educating and negotiating with the client in mind. Joe worked hard for us especially with us being out of state and trying to sell our home. We felt confident that Joe was going to get the job done and that he did.
Joe helped so much from start to finish. He helped me make decisions about how to prepare the house for the market, stage the house for photos and online distribution, and then perhaps most important, helped me navigate potential buyer offers and the final negotiations that led to the sale.
