The first thing I observed when meeting Joe Huff is that he is a man of honesty and integrity. At a time when I was struggling with what I needed to do to sell my home, Joe gave me expert and objective advice. Every bit of it was sound and useful for the decisions I had to make. Joe Huff has by far been the best real estate agent I've worked with in all my years of buying and selling homes. He is skilled and attentive and responsive and really listens to what you have to say. He has long experience with strategies that work well and they proved to in our case. From the moment we met Joe, we knew we were in good hands. He was very clear as we did a walk-through of our aunt's house. All of our questions were answered. Joe has the patience of a saint. He answered all of our aunt's questions and addressed each concern without hesitation. The house was listed on a Thursday and sold in one week. Joe worked tirelessly to sell my sister-in-law's home. She has been in assisted living for over 3 years and has always found it difficult to make decisions. Joe has a gift for working with the elderly and that gift was put to great use in answering her every question, request, and objection. One of my daughters put it best regarding interacting with Joe: "He's a saint!" I second that remark. You won't find a better Real Estate professional to work with.
