Very pleased with the work! After my F150 was hit by another driver, I took it to 4 shops for estimates. Lone Star was the most detail oriented and had numerous favorable reviews on-line. Jennifer, Lincoln and the folks there were extremely dependable. They followed up with the insurance company to have all expenses covered, made sure the correct parts were ready when I took the truck in, and had it ready when promised with a cleaning inside the truck as well! AMAZING COMPANY-Lone Star Collision in Colleyville has to be the BEST BODY SHOP in the Mid Cities area. We have (unfortunately) had to have a few repairs done. Every time has been wonderful. They are professional, honest, keep you informed of the repair status, and do not try to take advantage of you. My experience has been that most of the reviews you read online are by disgruntled folks (whether justified or not!). I had checked out one other body shop to fix the hail damage on my 4 Runner, but knew that this was the right place after speaking with Jennifer about the problems at hand. The repair itself looks fine - it's the SERVICE that I was not pleased with at ALL. After 3 different quotes in which they continued to up the price, my out-of-pocket expenses were more than they had originally stated. They kept my car for 3 weeks wherein I was merely hit and run parked in a parking lot. While my SUV was there, they told me that my gate shocks that hold the open hatch up just went bad out of the blue. I hadn’t had a single problem beforehand. My car has been at Boerne Collision for over a month now. I wasnt even in a bad accident and its still going to be several days before I am going to get it back. Please use somebody else for car repair so you don't end up as impatient and completely livid as I am
AMAZING! I dont know how anyone could not love this business! So happy it was located near me! I almost want to wreck my car just to go back and get the feeling that Im getting fantastic service from a family owned business who cares! Someone must have gotten mixed up, because a bad reveiw for this business? I DONT THINK SO!
Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this company! I had dropped off my car with the agreement that they could perform the repairs in two weeks. Three days later I receive an email telling me to sign an open ended work authorization that says if I don t pay them they keep my car. There is no written estimate so they could hand me a bill for 20k or some ridiculous number and then keep my car if I did not pay. You would have to be an idiot to sign this form. I like to think I am somewhat of a car aficionado and meticulous about my vehicles. Got several quotes from other shops but they did not seem realistic.
