We were greeted with friendly staff that anticipated our every need. To say they were helpful would be an understatement. We needed a rental car and they called the rental company and had them come and pick us up so we did not have to worry about the whole situation. JENNIFER AND DANNY LAPIER THE OWNERS OF LONE STAR COLLISION GO OUT OF THEIR WAY TO SERVE YOU THE CUSTOMER. THEIR PRICES ARE MORE THAN FAIR, THEIR WORK PERFECT, THEIR TIME PROMISES ALWAYS ACCURATE. WE HAVE LEXUS CARS AND THE WORK THEY HAVE DONE IS IMPECIBLE. OLD FASHIONED SERVICE WITH MODERN TECHNOLOGY. HARD TO FIND.
They were great at communicating with the insurance company and making sure my claim included manufacturer parts. They also made sure my rental car was available and ready for me. Great customer service. They even washed my car for me!
Awesome customer service! They not only do a beautiful job, they get it done with a quickness! All I have are praises for Lone Star! I will for sure pass them along to my family and friends or anyone who needs their service!
I just had my dad's Mazda fixed here after a collision. I have used several body shops in the past, but where Lone Star makes a difference is in their customer service. Jennifer was outstanding in keeping me informed every step of the way and updating me on the status. This was the first time I never had to call the body shop to find out what was going on. The repairs were excellent and I would recommend this place highly.
