My car was at Boerne Collission for over 2 weeks for very minor damages. I took my car in several weeks prior to the repairs for an estimate and to allow time for parts to be ordered. They grossly underestimated the cost of repairs to my insurance company, did not call with regular updates as they promised and routinely told me one or two more days. Thank you so much for fixing my little car. Two weeks ago I had an accident and was referred to Purvis Auto Collision. They made it so easy to get my car repaired. They were all so nice and kept informed on everything they were doing. I dropped my car off on Monday and they called me on Thursday to pick up my vehicle. It looks brand new. I would recommended that if you need your car repaired from an accident or just to get it painted Purvis Auto Collision will give you the best service. Again, thank you.
They were fast, informative, and even posted pictures as the car was being repaired. No one wants their car to be in the shop, but if you have to do it, take it to Joe Hudson's.

poor repair quality and very bad atitute. they refused to admit their incapacity to fix your car, even you tell them what they did wrong. Finally, the expert from dealer solved the problem and indicated that brocke' person fortgot put a part to the right place in their repair.
Lincoln and his staff did a terrific job on my conversion van. He went out of his way to work with me in cutting the cost without compromising the finished work. He also went out of his way to clean up several other areas of the vehicle without without charge. It was completed ahead of time and under the projected cost. I was very pleased with the result. I hope that I never need a body shop but if I do, I will certainly go to Lone Star.
The manager or owner is a huge jerk
These folks are terrific. From the time I first walked in until I drove away with my car they were extremely gracious and helpful. I've had several cars in body shops over the years and never remember being as pleased with the work. Looked great and they blended the paint so well I can't really tell the difference. They were recommended by my insurance company but I will not hesitate to use them if I ever need body work again and would recommend them to anyone. Thanks guys.
