Body shop using all after market parts on your vehicle
We had repair done here after our vehicle was rear-ended. The office itself was very nice, none like we had seen before for an auto body repair shop. The staff were very helpful, our vehicle was done sooner than expected and the repair that was completed was EXCELLENT!
I was sent there by Geico. Mike the manager at my first visit was great, helpful and kind. I got a call to give me update on my car. When i was told it was ready, I went to pick it up and could not believe what I was looking at. My car looked worse than when I brought it in with damage. They don't have a sealed paint stall so when debris gets caught in the paint oh well. This place has phenomenal service. Brought my truck in on the recommendation of my insurance adjuster after a fender bender. Every person I interacted with there was SO friendly and professional. My truck was done on time and returned to me immaculate (which I especially appreciated because that's not how I gave it to them LOL). They also notify Enterprise of a car rental return so I was able to just leave it at Gerber and save time. 100% positive experience!
