If I could leave a 0 star review I would. We took our Tahoe and Truck for repairs from the March hail damage. Both vehicles needed to go back to the shop after pick up for repairs and cleaning due to work not done properly. The inside headliner of my Tahoe needed cleaning due to it being covered in dirty handprints and the light fixture hanging down.
Vehichle took over 3 weeks for it to be returned to replace a bumper, which wouldn’t be bad if they kept me better updated. They sent a text saying everything would be done and time then the day of pick up said it would be done 4 days later, then again on the day of pick up nothing sent and my insurance agent called me with an update that they hadn’t even gotten the bumper.
