Absolutely terrible experience with this collision repair shop. What should have been a straightforward fender-bender repair somehow turned into a nearly $4,000 job and almost a MONTH without the vehicle. When the car was finally returned, the paintwork looked awful. In direct sunlight you can clearly see heavy buff marks and holograms trapped under the pearl clear coat. A little late since they repaired my car in 2025, BUT - Quick, accommodating and they take the extra step. I handed them my car A WRECK (slightly dented but I mean very dirty/dusty). They handed me back my car repaired, and thoroughly cleaned. I cannot speak highly enough about the entire team I dealt with. Even though an accident was a major inconvenience and having a repair/rental sucked, Joe Hudson’s was the best part of it all. Thanks again yall!!!
I recently had my car repaired here after an accident, and I couldn’t be more satisfied with the entire experience. From start to finish, the team was professional, communicative, and genuinely cared about getting everything done right. They kept me updated throughout the process, explained everything clearly, and worked efficiently without cutting corners. When I got my car back, it looked absolutely amazing—like nothing ever happened. The quality of the work exceeded my expectations.
I was very pleasantly surprised with the quality and professionalism. I didn’t have high expectations but they far exceeded them.
Cannot say enough about how AWESOME my experience with Joe Hudson's Collision was! Ron and Deanna at the New Port Richey location are the best! Their team made my Terrain look like it had never been hit! Not only did they do a great repair, it was nice and clean when I picked it up!
