The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced. The front desk lady and the main guy behind the desk were so incredibly rude. Felt very ganged up on, it’s a business not a clique. I came in because I bought my car through Carvana and have Silverrock Warranty! Silver rock referred me to this collision center to have my driver’s seat fixed as it will not tilt backwards, only forwards.
