I took my 4 day old 2020 Hyundai Tucson to Joe Hudson as instructed by the insurance company. I was told 5 times by several individuals that my vehicle was restored to before accident condition. Well mind you this car was 4 days old with the gout at 450 miles on it. Facebook would only let me upload 10 photos at a time but look through all the damaged components, chipped paint, loose lights and fender wells, and they even cut something off the car with some type of metal cutting device. My daughter had a fender bender and one of the most reasonable estimates we got was from Joe Hudson's Collision Center. We were extremely impressed by the professionalism displayed by their employees. They bent over backwards to help us and make our experience the best it could be. Their finished product was impressive for the cost and time they put in. I highly recommend this establishment!
I really can't say anything about the repair work but I can say as a new customer in the area that we were never treated so rudely! Yes, my truck had a slight fender & door that needed repaired. Yes, my truck was a early 2001 chevy s10. We had to wait to be acknowledge and when the "form of a human" that worked there in the office did respond to us, there was no hand shake or any proper introduction. Excellent service!! We dropped our truck off on Sunday and by Thursday, it was ready to be picked up. You can’t even tell it had a boo-boo!! The whole process included updates on the progress, with each step being explained via text and email. The manager was outstanding as well!!
Thank you for your superb service. Service from front desk up until the end was just five. Dan is a great professional that took care of all details on my car. I've managed to lock out my car and the keys were left inside, they helped me out with that as well. Excellent service, highly recommend!!!
