Absolutely terrible customer service. You call asking for the status on your car and if or when they ever do answer they say they will call you back and never do... my wife’s car was supposed to be finished twice already , today being the second time, and can’t get them on the phone to verify if it is ready for pick up.
They did a spectacular job on my car. I thought it would take longer than expected. They kept it professional, and kept me informed with the progress on my car throughout it being repaired. �
