They have fantastic customer service! They touched base with me daily. They went above and beyond to help including calling the insurance company to correct and or figure out rental car issues. They were a bright spot in this whole ordeal!

Joe Hudson took good care of my car. It looks as good as new. The employees were very nice too. My only complaint was I was originally was told it would take about 5 days to fix my door. It ended up taking 2 weeks!

great communication regarding the repairs, they took care of everything involving the insurance. They did excellent work on my vehicle. thanks i take back everything i said, my car had to go back 3 times, and they always managed to mess up something
First, the staff at Joe Hudson's went the extra mile in keeping me informed and the final paperwork minimal but very thorough! Second, the workmanship must have been excellent because I feel my Dodge Caravan is back looking like the day I bought it. Thirdly, I would/will come back to Joe Hudson's if there's ever a need! It was a great experience under the circumstances and their willingness to take me home and to pick me up when the repairs were completed, were nothing short of AWESOME!
If I could give it a zero star I would do not even go to the repair shop they will do horrible work and then place the blame on something else! Then they argue with you about the crappy work they provided
