Excellent customer service. I drive tow truck for JNS towing in Huntsville, so I’m there quite a bit. Always great experience
USAA MEMBERS BEWARE. Absolutely terrible experience. MAKE SURE YOU DO A DETAILED INSPECTION OF YOUR VEHICLE. Used this place because they are a preferred location for USAA. First time I went to pick up my truck it looked like they spread bondo on the door with a butter knife. Also, the replaced headlight looked like it was sanded. Super hazy.
