Very friendly staff. I didn’t confirm my appointment for estimate on damages to my vehicle, when I got there, they had no record of what I thought was an appointment. Not only did the front desk help me to setup a new appointment, they got my insurance company on the line, they told me they would do the estimate and repair/replace parts on the same day. This happened on Wednesday afternoon and Friday morning my car was ready and looking like new. So happy 😀 I chose Joe Hudson collision center
