I was seen within 5 minutes by the technician and she was polite, efficient and professional. I waited 10 minutes to be seen by Dr Horne. He too was polite and professional.
Precise and informative. Very comfortable experience.
The Office visit with Dr Horne went well. The wait to see him was too long (40mins). The same standard should hold true for the Dr when setting appointments. They have a long list of additional charges if you cancel, late, no-show, etc. Should go both ways.
