Very good salesman! Ryan worked very hard and got us a GREAT deal on our Santa Cruz Activity and trade-in. Philip was great and easy to talk to about everything electronic on the vehicle and any other questions I had. It was a great buying experience and definitely worth the drive to get the vehicle we wanted. They beat all competitors in my area by $2,000! I would definitely buy another vehicle from Ryan at this Hyundai dealership.
Lights are on at this dealership, but no one is home. Bought my first Hyundai from these folks in 2006; it was a great vehicle. Years later Joe Holland servicing flubbed it; they lost a bolt to the throttle body and left it hanging loosely by the remaining bolt. I had it towed home on a rollback, found the problem, and got it running again. But that was service, not sales, right? I returned to shop in 2018. This dealership treated me so well. I was greeted by my salesman with a smile. He was very accommodating and showed me several vehicles that I was interested in. He waited patiently as we made our decision and then started the process of getting everything done. He secured our loan and then turned us over to the business manager who was equally as nice. I felt like they really care. This is the 4th vehicle I have bought from this dealership and if I ever buy another one, it will be from them.
Recently visited Joe Holland to make a purchase, extended professionalism was seen when we arrived at the showroom and lot, very knowledgeable employees not pushy and let us search inventory to find what we was interested in.
