This was my first time purchasing a car from a dealership, and based on everything I’d heard about the experience, I had a lot of reservations. But the service at Joe Holland surpassed all of my expectations—everyone who helped me was respectful, kind, and willing to go the extra mile. They made what could easily have been an extremely stressful experience feel like a piece of cake. I'd especially recommend working with Erick Meadows!
My last two cars came from JHC. No problem with service dept. I reccomend.
I have purchased several autos from Joe Holland. Bought my first in 1975. I have 3 Chevys now. 1990 Silverado 2014 Equinox and 2017 Tahoe! Good sales department and good service department.
I do not recommend them at all. The service department was horrible. I took my daughter's car for the quantum, they said it would take 4 hours. We called 4 1/2 hours later they hadn't even started on it. It had a hole in the seat they were gonna replace and they said it took them 5 hours to look at it. So rude. I asked why did they overbook, we had an appointment at 10. Worst service department I’ve ever had to deal with. Will not replace parts under active warranty unless they “throw a code” that they can charge you $100 to diagnose. Degraded my wife with stupid questions such as “is the vehicle unlocked?” After she clearly explained the issue. No mechanic on staff when the vehicle was picked up to ask questions. Could not explain to me why failing part was not replaced. Service manager was buried underneath a mountain of unorganized papers and it took him 20+ minutes to find the correct t... read more
My father bought me a car here, and it’s only been six months and I’ve taken it to the service center at least three times, every time I leave I find something new wrong with it. Beginning to think they sold him a lemon. I work everyday, and have to get around for my step daughter, so it’s hard to make time for all these car appointments to get it fixed, it’s kind of ridiculous.
