It was a Saturday afternoon and both our bathrooms were backed up, showers and toilets! We tried but were not able to clear the blockage...I googled and chatgpt the issue and it was very apparent we were not going to clear this on our own. Today (Monday July 28th) I had Plumming repairs by Alex and his help, Alex was on time and nothing short of professional, on Friday he came and assess the issue, because it was a big job that included shutting off the main water supply to the building the job had to be done after the wknd. Joe "diagnosed" area to be repaired and how the repair will be done. Today [7/22] Joe returned & repaired the water damage (to my satisfaction) within the time originally cited.
