Staff was fine but have no concept of time management!!! It should not take 2.5 hours for an appointment unless stated when making the appointment. I may not be a dr. But my time is worth just as much as the next persons and to have to sit there all morning was not part of my plan!
Excellent staff, Dr Hester explains everything and has lots of patience. Really makes you feel that he really cares, also makes you feel relaxed when you maybe scared. Highly would recommend him. Even at the hospital the nurses had great bed side service and all clinic's are clean and friendly.
