Terrible experience. line out the door since only one person allowed in so plan on waiting outside in the sun with the drug addicts and hobos. I recommend buying on line.
super honest guy and business. I'm 50 and they've been there near downtown as long as I remember. I used to do triathlon and he use to tune my bike at like a 3rd of what the "high-end" shops would charge. I plan on buying a couple used bikes there for my partner's kids.

I love this bike shop and it is my go to for my bike needs. But today I needed to take my bike to get a tune up and got there at 9:10. They’re hours open at 9. They were not open. I called and was told they were unsure of when they’d open. So I waited for 30 minutes. Had to leave and was very disappointed in this service. Will small businesses please adhere to their posted hours? It completely inconvenienced me and the 4 other individuals waiting.

best durn bike shop in the area, bar none!!! Reasonable repairs, instant diagnosis of problem, quick turnaround. Just don't forget your yellow ticket!!
