Pros: They installed wood floors in our home. Cons: They said the foreman would be there on the day I chose stain colors. Foreman was not there and crew member did not speak English. Couldn't get in touch with boss on the phone. Boss man came to pick up final check by dropping by unannounced on a Sunday and basically refusing to leave without a check. A few months after they installed floors, humps in flooring appeared in two rooms. I contacted foreman and foreman's boss and heard nothing. Bumps grew larger and now the floor... read more
Reliable, Professional, Great Customer Service – We had a really good experience with Rob. First and for most, he showed up on time. I've wasted so much of my time waiting for contractors who don't even bother to call you and say they are going to be late. We thought he and his crew was nice and friendly, did a good job, did it on time and the price was right. We definitely recommend him and would hire him again. Way to go Rob!

His crew did an outstanding job and the results are amazing. His prices are extremely reasonable too. Rob outlined a schedule for the work, which is great so there are no surprises. great customer service and awesome floors – This is a great floor company. We wanted solid wood floors to match ones that were already in the home. The only hardwood quote you need! – Joe Hardwood Floors is the only quote you need to get! I had them install my dining room, living room, bar and foyer in 2006 and was SO happy! We made the mistake of putting carpet in our master bedroom at that time (just to save $) and wished we had put hard woods everywhere. Most Honest Business Professionals – Called the company based on the reviews I read here on City Search and wow you all are right! Inquired on getting wood floors refinished.
