Almost $250 just to tell me what I already knew. Then wanted $240 per HOUR. This should be a crime. Wanted 240% of what parts actually cost. I’ll NEVER buy another ford after the RECALL and all the other BS I’ve put up with this car. Especially if the maintenance is higher than ANYONE in town. $1300 for something everyone else is charging around $700 for is just gross
My 85 year old Dad took in his car to get a part replaced which he had to call them for a year to get. They never called him when they did have the part. I happened to go by and asked about the part, and they happily told me they had it! So my Dad made an appointment, we were told it would take about 4 hours, so my Dad stayed there for 7 hours! I kept calling to see if he wanted to be picked up but he said kept saying "Not much longer..." then he finally comes back and the service center said one of the parts had damaged in ... read more
Mackenzie is amazing!!! She took time on her day off to let me know what the status is for the repairs being done on my truck!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of!!! Just wish they had rental or loaner vehicles while mine is being repaired.
Today is 11/30/2024 and I had service done today Jeromy Decicio helped me and explained everything in detail. I find this man very helpful. Thank you so much for a great service. You all have a nice day.
They fixed an electronics problem saying the back door was open. In the process they broke one of my keys and there's a piece missing on my door, also the window switch isn't sitting up where it should. I've had to keep in contact with McKenzie over the key, and no response on the missing piece in my door. I had the best service on my last truck across the street at Toyota
