My 85 year old Dad took in his car to get a part replaced which he had to call them for a year to get. They never called him when they did have the part. I happened to go by and asked about the part, and they happily told me they had it! So my Dad made an appointment, we were told it would take about 4 hours, so my Dad stayed there for 7 hours! I kept calling to see if he wanted to be picked up but he said kept saying "Not much longer..." then he finally comes back and the service center said one of the parts had damaged in ... read more
Mackenzie is amazing!!! She took time on her day off to let me know what the status is for the repairs being done on my truck!!! She goes above and beyond to make sure her clients are taken care of!!! Just wish they had rental or loaner vehicles while mine is being repaired.
Today is 11/30/2024 and I had service done today Jeromy Decicio helped me and explained everything in detail. I find this man very helpful. Thank you so much for a great service. You all have a nice day.
They fixed an electronics problem saying the back door was open. In the process they broke one of my keys and there's a piece missing on my door, also the window switch isn't sitting up where it should. I've had to keep in contact with McKenzie over the key, and no response on the missing piece in my door. I had the best service on my last truck across the street at Toyota
This place is a joke. If you bring your vehicle in for mechanic repairs, unless the vehicle just doesn't run, expect them to put a few hundred miles on it, and will use up all your fuel, and don't plan to replacing what they burn up. I will never give Joe Hall Ford my business again. I've also noticed that when people actually go to work at Joe Hall Ford, they change. They start to follow the trend that they think they are better than you. This place is just garbage.
