Joe and his team were awesome to work with. We had a few moments where we had to walk away from the first house but Joe walked us through it and we got our second one. Joe is the most conscientious. responsive, and communicative Mortgage Broker I have ever worked with. He explains pros / cons and really serves as an advisor. In addition, his follow through is so impressive even when he is on vacation. This transaction went so smooth -- even my real estate agent stated he had never seen everything happen so seamlessly.
