I had a very disappointing experience with Joe, a real estate agent who acted in bad faith. Joe promised to go under contract with me if my current condo was sold. After I successfully sold my place, Joe backed out on the last day of our attorney review with little communication. Firstly, bring in the LGBTQ community, finding real estate is incredibly difficult as it is, coupled with the concern of being discriminated against by sellers and agents. Joe and his team were incredibly respectful and went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable.
