Regarding our experience with Joe Goldsmith Construction Co, it has been very positive. Starting in 2020 with the purchase of an empty lot in Bay Lake Motorcoach Resort in Polk City FL culminating in the construction of a casita, we have been very impressed with all facets of the project. The project included pavers, a screened-in tiki hut, all utility hookups for both an RV and the casita and landscaping.
