Joe sold me my very first home and made the entire experience so enjoyable! Initially I was terrified of the home-buying process especially as a first-timer but Joe did a great job of educating me thru out each step. He went above and beyond to negotiate the best possible deal as well - in this market I definitely did not expect to get all closing costs covered, nor did I expect to get an awesome interest rate but Joe managed to do both for my deal!! I would recommend him over and over again, a nice guy.
