Joe Gentry Automotive has seriously gone downhill. Ever since I started taking my car in January it seems to be a domino effect of problems. Long story short I ended up having to get my head gasket replaced because they missed certain things before. When I got it back a check engine light was on and ended up being a misfire in cylinder 3 (Gentrys replaced all the spark plugs), at this point I was over them and went to another mechanic and we discovered the plug was put in too tight so it was cracked and bent.
