A family-run business where you become part of the family Gentile's Service Center gets their clientele from word of mouth. They don't advertise, and, even though you can't see the shop from the street (They're located 1/4 mile south of Grand on N. York Rd., behind Wendy's.), they are a very busy shop. Why are they so busy? They are honest, thorough, competent, experienced, friendly and very reasonably priced. They go that extra mile, even though they don't have to. Need a ride? Just ask. Only complaint was service Had our van for an oil-change and check-up, and had to wait as this place was pretty busy. Possible that we were given less than stellar service because our work seemed to be small fries compared to the others, but wasn't too happy with the attention nor the attitude when I asked a couple questions (we were about to go for a long trip). Cannot complain about the quality of service, so others may have better experience.
