Joe is very impressive. . Happenstance put Joe and I together. I was starting my search for a winter home in Sun City and found a nice little home on-line on Joe's website. Joe was an awesome realtor. So patient. He always made time to show us houses and we seen a ton. Joe has a keen eye and would often catch and show us things that we would have never noticed. He is always on time and once you’re his client he is faithful to finish the job. I would highly recommend him and I can’t see myself ever working with anyone else.
