I highly recommend Joe Flaherty's Dolphins for anyone who wants their children to have a positive environment where they are encouraged to excel and do their best without pressure to compete against anyone else. The focus is on improving themselves and their previous best. I've known Joe for decades and he is an individual of character and integrity. He is also humble and has a great sense of humor.

10/10. The swimming program fits all types of people, from all ages. Offering less intense programs for younger people and then high intensity programs for older people. JFD is a 10/10 place good for anyone who wants to get into swimming or to improve their skill.

JFD lessons is where my kids learned to swim. They employ a mix of teens and adults to offer a variety of levels of instruction and competitive team programs. The use of teens works well for the younger swimmers as they seem to connect better and are more willing to get into the pool when first starting off. Nice atmosphere and a nurturing environment.
